Is this a long-term contract?
No. This is a month-to-month commitment. You may cancel at any time.
How long does it take to start seeing results?
We recommend at least three months of service to start gaining traction on your platforms.
What is your refund policy?
If for some reason you want to cancel the service, you may cancel at any time. We are not able to offer a refund for the current month of service, but you will not be charged for the following month.
What do I need to get started?
We will begin with a strategy session and social media audit. From there we will assess your goals and request any existing branding or media you have. If you’re starting from scratch, no problem! We will work with you to gather and create the necessary brand assets to get started.
What if I’m not happy with the service?
We make every effort to catch any concerns or needs through our monthly strategy sessions. We work until you are satisfied. If for some reason you are still unhappy you may cancel at any time.
What if I need other services?
We offer a wide variety of services that you can add to your monthly package like general graphic design, content writing, printing, and more.
