We are honored and humbled to be one of thirty recipients of the Founders First CDC Expanded Chicago Job Creators Quest Grant. First Founder CDC is a non-profit organization that supports underrepresented entrepreneurs in the Chicago area as they empower expansion in businesses led by diverse founders. CJ Harris, our Founder, and Creative Director, fortunately, have also been awarded a scholarship to Founders First’s business accelerator program.
The business accelerator program includes leadership coaching and education in business which hundreds of companies and business owners have found very helpful. “As a diverse founder, this will help grow my business, create jobs and give back to my community,” CJ added. We are grateful for this acknowledgment and opportunity as we are able to bolster our diverse business efforts, create more jobs as well as give back to the community.
