We are honored and humbled to have our CEO and Creative Director, CJ Harris, as one of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Scholars where she had the opportunity to learn how to grow businesses, receive one-on-one advising, and share knowledge with other like-minded business owners. Goldman Sachs’s 10,000 Small Businesses program provides small businesses with greater access to education, capital, and business support services to help them grow and create jobs.
“Words can hardly express the seismic shift in our business and level of focus that this program has had on my life. This week I can finally say that I’m officially an alumnus of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program after 3.5 months of hard work! I’m thankful that they were able to see something in me that I didn’t always see in myself.
This program has touched and changed every area of our company, That’s So Creative. It provided me with a collegiate-level understanding of the typical things you would expect like finances and operations. However, one thing that sets this program apart was that it got to the core of things like, how am I leading myself and my team? And, how do I measure and evaluate personal development? I was challenged to create a growth plan that would allow us to “DREAM, DO and BECOME” a more effective business and have greater impact,” CJ added.
